I want to get a FREE repair quote but cant visit your office in person?
If you wish to have your iPod, iPhone or Mp3 player repaired but can't come to our office in person simply print and fill in This Form(PDF 78.0kb) and send it along with your device/s to GSM Solutions Ltd, T/A IpodRepair.ie, 6 & 7 Upper Abbey St, Dublin 1, Ireland.

When sending your device to us please insure it is securely packaged to avoid any damage in transit, we also highly recommend when sending your iPod to us that you use a registered shipping service such as AnPost, DHL, FEDEX or a regular courier. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to us via normal post.

When received to our office it will be assigned a reference number, then one of our technicians will diagnose the full extent of the problem and then contact you normally the same day we receive it, and confirm the cost of the repair. If you agree to the cost, we will then attempt to repair it. If and when the device is repaired we will contact you for Payment.

If you dont want to proceed with the repair there will be a return shipping fee of 8.00euro for Ireland/UK and 9.00euro for Europe/Rest of the world if you want the unit shipped back to you. Otherwise it can be collected from our office anytime.


When my device is repaired how is it shipped back to me?
All items are shipped using www.AnPost.ie secure registered post service. Items sent by registered post are insured and a signature is required upon delivery. If you are not present upon delivery to your location, the delivery person will leave a collection note.


Can I track my device while its being shipped?
Yes, when we ship your ipod you will a provided with a track and trace ID number. With your ID number your order can be tracked online(Link below). You can also get tracking information from the Customer Service line by calling 1850 57 58 59 from within Ireland or on 003531 7057600 from outside Ireland. Lines are open GMT 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m Monday to Friday. Otherwise you can email the customer support team on customer.services@anpost.ie.
